Bath Mat Care Guide
To maintain the shape, texture, and long-lasting quality of our 100% cotton mats, carefully crafted with traditional weaving techniques, please follow the care steps below.
1. Vacuum First
Before washing, gently vacuum or brush your mat to remove accumulated dust, hair, and loose threads. This step protects your machine's filters and ensures a more hygienic wash.

2. Wash Before First Use
Before using your mat for the first time, wash it separately from other laundry at a low temperature. This removes any dust and excess fibers from the manufacturing process, ensuring a healthier first use.

3. Cold Machine Wash (30°C)
Wash at a maximum temperature of 30°C on a delicate cycle.
Do not wash light and dark colors together; separate them to prevent color transfer.
Avoid overfilling the machine to allow the mat to move freely; this ensures more effective cleaning.

4. Do Not Use Chemicals:
Products that should not be used:
Bleaches
Oxygenated stain removers
Cleaning products containing strong chemicals
These products can damage cotton fibers, fading the mat's color and ruining its texture.

5. Do Not Tumble Dry
Avoid putting your mat in a tumble dryer.
Instead, lay it flat to air dry naturally, preferably in the shade. Natural drying prevents damage to cotton fibers and helps the mat retain its shape.

6. Ironing
If the mat is wrinkled after drying:
Turn the mat inside out before ironing.
Gently iron using a low heat and no steam.

7. Do Not Dry Clean
These products are not suitable for dry cleaning. Chemicals used during dry cleaning can damage the mat's natural cotton fibers, negatively affecting both its form and durability.

Extra Tip:
Do not leave your mat in very humid environments for extended periods. Air it out regularly to maintain its freshness and prevent mold or unpleasant odors.
