Maintenance and Cleaning Guide
We have created our care guide for your long-lasting and high-quality use of Irya products. Please follow our care guide to preserve the delicate and durable structure of our products made with 100% cotton.

Bath Mat Care
Preparation Before First Use:
- Before washing, vacuum the rug to remove loose threads. Before first use, wash the rug separately without adding any other products and in cold water (max. 30°C).
Machine Washing Instructions:
- Wash at a maximum of 30°C, on a delicate cycle.
- Do not wash light and dark colors together; you can put the rug in the machine alone or with two pieces of the same model.
- Do not use bleach, fabric softener, stain remover, or products containing strong chemicals.
- We recommend washing in a mesh laundry bag.
- Do not overload the machine; allowing the rug to move freely improves cleaning quality.
Drying and Aftercare:
- You can use a tumble dryer; however, we do not recommend it for models with tassels and pompoms.
- Spread the rug on a flat surface, preferably in a shaded and naturally airy environment, to dry.
- Avoid continuous exposure to sunlight and do not leave the rug wet in the machine.
- If ironing is necessary, iron at a low temperature and inside out. This helps maintain the rug's texture while achieving a smooth appearance.
Cleaning and Protection:
- For regular maintenance, clean with a low-power vacuum cleaner.
- Do not use a rotating brush vacuum or a cleaning robot, as this may damage the rug's texture.
- If you see long threads, never pull them; cut them with scissors to preserve the nature of our handmade product.

Towel bathrobe
- Machine wash in warm water before first use, avoid high temperatures.
