Cancellation and Return Policy

Since İrya Tekstil is committed to unconditional customer satisfaction, every product you purchase is under İrya Tekstil's guarantee.

İRYA TEKSTİL SAN TİC. LTD.ŞTİ. is obliged to comply with the Consumer Rights Law. It fulfills this obligation.

Please open and check packages that you think were damaged during shipment in front of the company official who delivered them. If there is any damage to the product, do not accept the product and have the cargo company draw up a report. Please remember that once the product is accepted, you have agreed that the cargo company has fully performed its duty. Returns of used, damaged, or similarly altered products are not accepted. The customer is obliged to return the product in the condition in which it was delivered to them and, if used, to compensate for the loss in the commercial value of the goods due to use.

Conditions for Return

Right of return within 14 days: You can return the products you wish to return, along with the product, within 14 days from the date you received the order, by filling out the return form.

You can return products you have purchased if they are unused and have not lost their salability.
The labels and logos of the products must not be damaged.
All accessories belonging to the product (label, ribbon, package, box, etc.) must be returned with the product.
If there are promotional or campaign products given as a gift, they must be sent simultaneously.
Due to hygiene conditions; returns and exchanges of products such as toilet brushes, soap dispensers, toothbrush holders, trash cans, towels, bathrobes, and other personal and direct contact products in the bathroom, whose packaging has been opened, used, or even touched for testing purposes, are not accepted.

Returns are not accepted for personalized products.

Return conditions:

You can return products you have purchased if they are unused and have not lost their salability.

You can send the products you wish to return via DHL Cargo within 14 days. Orders sent with a return request after 14 days from the order delivery date cannot be returned, and Irya Tekstil does not cover the shipping fee incurred due to this process.

Refund Procedure for Return Requests

The products of your order that you wish to return, after being received by İrya Tekstil in accordance with the return conditions, will be refunded to your credit card within 7 business days, and the authorization code will be sent to you via email. The reflection of the fee on your statement with the authorization code occurs within the framework of your agreement with the bank. You can contact your bank with your authorization code regarding fees that are not reflected on your statement.

Conditions for Cancellation

Since the preparation and shipping processes of your order will have started within 4 hours after the order is placed, you can cancel your order within 4 hours after placing it. Orders for which an invoice has been issued and the shipping process has begun cannot be canceled.  You can exercise your right of return after receiving your order.

Refund Procedure for Cancellation Requests

It is possible to cancel orders that have not been delivered to cargo. For this, it is sufficient to contact us by calling 0 258 274 63 23, which is at your service between 08:00-18:00 on weekdays, and request the cancellation of your order. Orders for which an invoice has been issued and the shipping process has begun cannot be canceled.  You can exercise your right of return after receiving your order.
