Cancellation and Refund Conditions
Since İrya Tekstil has adopted unconditional customer satisfaction, every product you purchase is under the İrya Tekstil warranty.
İRYA TEKSTİL INDUSTRY TİC. LLC. It is obliged to comply with the Consumer Rights Law. It fulfills this obligation.
Open and check the packages you think were damaged during shipment in front of a representative of the company you received them from. If there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a report with the cargo company. Please note that after the product is received, you accept that the cargo company has fulfilled its duty fully. Returns of used, damaged or similar products are not accepted. The customer is obliged to return the product in the same condition as when it was delivered to him and, if used, to compensate for the loss of commercial value of the product due to use.
Return Conditions
Right of return within 14 days: You can return the products you want to return together with the product within 14 days from the date you received the order by filling out the return form.
Return conditions: You can return the products you have purchased as long as they are unused and have not lost their marketability. The labels and logos of the products are not damaged; All accessories for the product (label, ribbon, package, box, etc.) must be returned together with the product.
If you send the products you want to return via Yurtiçi Cargo within 14 days, the shipping fee is covered by İrya Tekstil. Orders sent with a refund request after 14 days have passed since the order delivery cannot be refunded and Irya Tekstil does not cover the shipping cost incurred due to this process.
Refund Procedure for Refund Request
The refund will be made to your Credit Card within 7 business days from the day the products of your order that you want to return are received by İrya Tekstil in accordance with the return conditions, and the provision code will be notified to you via e-mail. With the Provision Code, the fee is reflected on your statement within the framework of your agreement with the bank. You can contact your bank with your provision code regarding charges not reflected on your statement.
Cancellation Conditions
You can cancel your order within 4 hours after placing your order, as the preparation and shipping processes for your order will begin within 4 hours after your order is placed. Orders for which the invoice has been issued and the delivery process has started cannot be cancelled. You can exercise your right to return after receiving your order.
