When will my order be delivered?

Your orders are delivered to the cargo company on the same day or within 2-4 business days after receiving bank approval. Your order will be delivered to you within 1 business day in Istanbul, and within 2 and 3 business days at the latest in other provinces, after the cargo leaves. Delivery is not possible on holidays and holidays.

If there is a delay caused by us regarding your order, our Customer Relations employees will be informed as soon as possible via phone or e-mail. That's why membership is complete and accurate information is important.

All of the products you choose will be delivered to you with our contracted Yurtiçi Kargo guarantee.

If any of the products you have selected are not in stock, you will be notified via e-mail of the first date the product will be in stock and necessary actions will be taken. If the product you paid for online is out of stock, there is a waiting period of at least 4 (four) and at most 30 (thirty) days. If the product cannot be delivered to the consumer between these dates, the payment made will be refunded to him.

What if I can't be found at the delivery address?

If you are not at the specified address, your order will be delivered to the nearest Yurtiçi Cargo branch and an information note will be left for you. You must collect your package from the specified branch within 3 days.

What should I pay attention to when I receive the product?

When receiving your order, the cargo package may be torn, crushed, wet, etc. You should definitely check if there is a problem. We also recommend that you make sure that the products in your package are the same as those reflected in the invoice.

The cargo officer will assist you if there is any problem with the cargo package or its contents. In such a case, you should not accept the cargo and submit a report to the cargo officer. The report will facilitate your transactions regarding product exchange or refund.
