• If you are not satisfied with your products for any reason, you can send them back to us with freight collect within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Our contracted cargo company is DHL Cargo. You can only send with freight collect via DHL Cargo. If you choose a different company, our company will not cover the payment. 

How long after purchase will my order be shipped?

• Orders placed on weekdays are carefully prepared and delivered to cargo on the same day. Our contracted cargo companies will deliver your order to you within 1-3 business days.
• Our products will be delivered to you with the guarantee of İRYA by our contracted cargo companies.
• A maximum of 10 units can be ordered for a single product. İRYA reserves the right to cancel orders exceeding 10 units.

What should I do if my order arrives when I am not present?

• If you are not at the specified address, your order will be delivered to the nearest DHL Cargo branch, and a notification will be left for you. You must pick up your package from the specified branch within 3 days.
