Bath Mat Care Guide – Bamboo Mats
To preserve the form, texture, and longevity of our handmade mats woven from bamboo fibers, please carefully follow the care steps below.

1. Clean First
Before washing, gently vacuum your mat or sweep it with a soft brush. This process removes accumulated dust and hair from the surface, ensuring a more hygienic wash and protecting your machine's filters.

2. Wash Before First Use
Before using your mat for the first time, wash it separately from other laundry at a low temperature. This removes any dust and excess fibers that may have remained from the production process.

3. Cold Machine Wash (30°C)

  • Wash at a maximum temperature of 30°C on a delicate cycle.
  • Separate light and dark colors to prevent color transfer.
  • Do not overload the machine to allow the mat to move freely.

4. Do Not Use Chemicals
To protect bamboo fibers, do not use the following products:

  • Bleaches
  • Oxygen-based stain removers
  • Cleaning products containing harsh chemicals
    These products can weaken bamboo fibers and damage their texture.

    5. Do Not Tumble Dry
    Do not put your mat in the dryer. Lay it flat to dry naturally, preferably in the shade. Natural drying preserves the structure of bamboo fibers and helps the mat maintain its shape for a long time.

6. Ironing
If your bamboo mat wrinkles after drying:

  • Turn the mat inside out.
  • Gently iron with a steam-free iron at a low temperature.

    7. Do Not Dry Clean

Bamboo mats are not suitable for dry cleaning. Chemicals used during dry cleaning can damage the fibers and negatively affect the product's durability.

Extra Tip
Do not leave your mat in very humid environments for extended periods. Regularly air it out to maintain its freshness and prevent mold or odor formation.

Siparişim satın aldıktan ne kadar zaman sonra kargolanır?

  • Hafta içi verdiğiniz siparişleriniz aynı gün içerisinde özenle hazırlanıp kargoya teslim edilir. Anlaşmalı olduğumuz kargo firmaları 1-3 iş günü içerisinde siparişinizi size ulaştıracaktır.
  • Ürünlerimiz size anlaşmalı olduğumuz kargo şirketleri tarafından İRYA garantisi ile size teslim edilecektir. 
  • Bir üründen en fazla 10 adet sipariş verilebilir. 10 adedin üzerindeki siparişleri İRYA iptal etme hakkını saklı tutar.

Siparişim ben yokken gelirse ne yapmalıyım?

  • Belirtilen adreste olmamanız durumunda siparişiniz en yakın DHL Kargo şubesine teslim edilir ve size bilgi notu bırakılır. 3 gün içerisinde paketinizi belirtilen şubeden almanız gerekmektedir.
