• The cargo company we have an agreement with is Yurtiçi Kargo . You can only provide consignee-paid shipping with Yurtiçi Kargo. If you choose a different company, our company does not cover the payment.

How long after purchasing my order will it be shipped?

• Orders placed during the week will be carefully prepared and delivered to cargo on the same day . The cargo companies we have agreements with will deliver your order to you within 1-3 business days.
• Our products will be delivered to you by our contracted cargo companies with IRYA guarantee.
• A maximum of 10 items of a product can be ordered. IRYA reserves the right to cancel orders over 10 items.

What should I do if my order arrives while I'm away?

• If you are not at the specified address, your order will be delivered to the nearest Yurtiçi Kargo branch and an information note will be left for you. You must pick up your package from the specified branch within 3 days.
