    We have created our care guide for the long-lasting and high-quality use of your Irya towels. Please follow our care guide for the softest, most voluminous and absorbent state of your towels and for long-lasting use.

    •Wash Before Use: Machine wash in lukewarm water before first use, avoid high temperatures. Pay attention to color separation and not to overload the machine when washing.
    •Do Not Use Chemicals: Do not use bleach or oxidizing chemicals.
    •Use a Dryer: Use a dryer to preserve the volume of your towels after each wash. If you are going to dry them without using a dryer, we recommend that you do not hang the towels, but dry them by laying them on a flat surface.

    How long after purchasing my order will it be shipped?

    • Orders placed during the week will be carefully prepared and delivered to cargo on the same day . The cargo companies we have agreements with will deliver your order to you within 1-3 business days.
    • Our products will be delivered to you by our contracted cargo companies with IRYA guarantee.
    • A maximum of 10 items of a product can be ordered. IRYA reserves the right to cancel orders over 10 items.

    What should I do if my order arrives while I'm away?

    • If you are not at the specified address, your order will be delivered to the nearest Yurtiçi Kargo branch and an information note will be left for you. You must pick up your package from the specified branch within 3 days.
