E-Newsletter Agreement and Express Consent Text

1. Data Controller

2. Commercial Electronic Message Consent

By sharing my e-mail address via irya.com (or the relevant brand website), I accept and declare that I give my express consent for commercial electronic messages containing product and service promotions, campaigns, discounts, new collection announcements, and marketing content to be sent to me by the Company only via e-mail channel. This consent will be recorded by the Company in the Message Management System (İYS) as required by law.

3. Processing of Personal Data

My e-mail address and (if any) name-surname information, shared within the scope of the subscription, will be processed in accordance with articles 5 and 8 of the KVKK for the purposes of carrying out marketing activities, providing personalized campaign information, and managing customer communication processes. The Company will process my personal data in accordance with the law and fairness rules, and will take the necessary technical and administrative security measures.

4. Data Transfer Abroad (Infrastructure Providers)

Due to the Company utilizing e-commerce infrastructure and cloud-based data storage services from international standard service providers (such as Shopify); my e-mail address and subscription information may be stored on secure servers located abroad within the scope of technical necessity. In this context, I accept that I give my express consent for my data to be transferred abroad in accordance with article 9 of the KVKK.

5. Right to Refuse and Withdraw Consent

I can refuse to receive commercial electronic messages at any time, without giving any reason and free of charge.

  • By using the "Unsubscribe" link located at the bottom of the sent e-mails,

  • Via the Message Management System (www.iys.org.tr),

  • Or I can withdraw my consent by notifying hello@irya.com. My refusal request will be processed within a maximum of 3 (three) business days from the date it reaches the Company.

6. Service Notifications Exception

Mandatory notifications regarding the performance of the contract, such as order status, cargo tracking, invoice information, and membership verification, are not within the scope of "Commercial Electronic Message" and separate consent is not required for such notifications.
