- Our contracted cargo company is DHL Cargo. You can only send with freight collect via DHL Cargo. If you choose a different company, our company will not cover the payment.

- Our products will be delivered to you with the guarantee of İRYA by our contracted cargo companies.
- A maximum of 10 units can be ordered for a single product. İRYA reserves the right to cancel orders exceeding 10 units.
What should I do if my order arrives when I am not present?
- If you are not at the specified address, your order will be delivered to the nearest DHL Cargo branch, and a notification will be left for you. You must pick up your package from the specified branch within 3 days.
