Cancellation and Refund Conditions
Since Irya Tekstil has adopted unconditional customer satisfaction, every product you purchase is under the Irya Tekstil guarantee.
IRYA TEKSTİL SAN TİC. LTD.ŞTİ. is obliged to comply with the Consumer Rights Law. It fulfills this obligation.
Open and check the packages that you think were damaged during shipment in front of the authorized person of the company you received. If there is any damage to the product, do not accept the product by having a report drawn up by the cargo company. Do not forget that after the product is received, you have accepted that the cargo company has fulfilled its duty completely. Returns of used, damaged and similar products are not accepted. The customer is obliged to return the product in the same condition as when it was delivered to them and, if used, to compensate for the loss of commercial value of the product due to use.
Return Conditions
Right to return within 30 days: You can return the products you want to return by filling out the return form within 30 days from the date you received the order.
Return conditions:
- You can return the products you have purchased if they have not been used and have not lost their marketability.
- The labels and logos of the products are not damaged.
- It is mandatory to return all accessories (labels, ribbons, packages, boxes, etc.) belonging to the product together with the product.
- If available, it should be sent at the same time as promotional or campaign products given as gifts.
If you send the products you want to return via Yurtiçi Kargo within 30 days, the shipping fee will be covered by İrya Tekstil. Orders sent with a return request after 30 days from the date of delivery cannot be returned and İrya Tekstil does not cover the shipping fee incurred due to this process.
Refund Procedure for Refund Request
The refund will be made to your Credit Card within 7 business days from the day the products of your order that you want to return are received by Irya Tekstil in accordance with the return conditions and the provision code is notified to you by e-mail. The reflection of the fee on your statement with the Provision Code is realized within the framework of your agreement with the bank. You can contact your bank with your provision code regarding the fees that are not reflected on your statement.
Cancellation Conditions
Since the preparation and shipping processes of your order will have started within 4 hours after the order is placed, you can cancel your order within 4 hours after ordering. Orders that have been invoiced and started the shipping process cannot be canceled. You can use your right to return after receiving your order.
Refund Procedure for Cancellation Request
It is possible to cancel your orders that have not been delivered to the cargo. To do this, it is sufficient to contact us by calling 0 258 274 63 23, which is at your service between 08.00-18.00 on weekdays, and request the cancellation of your order. Orders that have been invoiced and started the delivery process to the cargo cannot be canceled. You can use your right of return after receiving your order.
In case of cancellation requests made based on the above conditions, the refund will be made to your credit card within 7 business days and the provision code will be notified to you via e-mail.
