  • Bath Mat Care Guide
    To maintain the shape, texture, and longevity of our handmade, 100% cotton bath mats, please carefully follow the care instructions below.

    1. First, Vacuum
    Before washing, gently vacuum or brush your mat to remove accumulated dust, hair, and loose threads. This step protects your machine's filters and ensures a more hygienic wash.

    2. Wash Before First Use
    Before using your mat for the first time, wash it separately from other laundry at a low temperature. This removes any dust and excess fibers from the manufacturing process, ensuring a healthier first use.

    3. Cold Machine Wash (30°C)
  • Wash at a maximum temperature of 30°C on a delicate cycle.
  • Do not wash light and dark colors together; separate them to prevent color bleeding.
  • Do not overfill the machine to allow the mat to move freely; this ensures more effective cleaning.

    4. Do Not Use Chemicals:
  • Products to avoid:
  • Bleaches
  • Oxygen-based stain removers
  • Cleaning products containing harsh chemicals
    These products can damage cotton fibers, fading the mat's color and degrading its texture.

    5. Do Not Tumble Dry
    Avoid putting your mat in a tumble dryer.
    Instead, lay it flat to dry naturally, preferably in the shade. Natural drying prevents damage to cotton fibers and helps the mat retain its shape.

    6. Ironing
  • If the mat wrinkles after drying:
  • Turn the mat inside out before ironing.
  • Iron gently at a low temperature and without steam.

    7. Do Not Dry Clean
    These products are not suitable for dry cleaning. Chemicals used during dry cleaning can damage the natural cotton fibers of the mat, adversely affecting both its shape and durability.

    Additional Tip:
    Do not leave your mat in very humid environments for long periods. Air it out regularly to maintain its freshness and prevent mold or unpleasant odors.

Siparişim satın aldıktan ne kadar zaman sonra kargolanır?

  • Hafta içi verdiğiniz siparişleriniz aynı gün içerisinde özenle hazırlanıp kargoya teslim edilir. Anlaşmalı olduğumuz kargo firmaları 1-3 iş günü içerisinde siparişinizi size ulaştıracaktır.
  • Ürünlerimiz size anlaşmalı olduğumuz kargo şirketleri tarafından İRYA garantisi ile size teslim edilecektir. 
  • Bir üründen en fazla 10 adet sipariş verilebilir. 10 adedin üzerindeki siparişleri İRYA iptal etme hakkını saklı tutar.

Siparişim ben yokken gelirse ne yapmalıyım?

  • Belirtilen adreste olmamanız durumunda siparişiniz en yakın DHL Kargo şubesine teslim edilir ve size bilgi notu bırakılır. 3 gün içerisinde paketinizi belirtilen şubeden almanız gerekmektedir.
