    To maintain the shape, texture, and longevity of our handcrafted bath mats, made with a 30% bamboo and 70% cotton blend, please carefully follow the care instructions below.

    1. First, Vacuum
    Before washing, gently vacuum or brush your bath mat to remove accumulated dust, hair, and loose threads. This step protects your machine's filters and ensures a more hygienic wash.

    2. Wash Before First Use
    Before using your bath mat for the first time, wash it separately from other laundry at a low temperature. This removes any dust and excess fibers from the manufacturing process, ensuring a healthier first use.

    3. Cold Machine Wash (30°C)
  • Wash at a maximum temperature of 30°C on a delicate cycle.
  • Do not wash light and dark colors together; separate them to prevent color transfer.
  • Do not overload the machine to allow the mat to move freely; this ensures a more effective cleaning.

    4. Do Not Use Chemicals:
  • Products that should not be used:
  • Bleaches (chlorine bleach)
  • Oxygen-based stain removers
  • Cleaning products containing strong chemicals
    These products can damage cotton fibers, causing the mat's color to fade and its texture to deteriorate.

    5. Do Not Tumble Dry
    Avoid putting your bath mat in a tumble dryer.
    Instead, lay it flat to dry naturally, preferably in the shade. Natural drying prevents damage to cotton fibers and helps maintain the mat's shape.

    6. Ironing
  • If the mat wrinkles after drying:
  • Turn the mat inside out before ironing.
  • Iron gently using a low heat and no steam.

    7. Do Not Dry Clean
    These products are not suitable for dry cleaning. Chemicals used during dry cleaning can damage the natural cotton fibers of the mat, negatively affecting both its form and durability.

    Extra Tip:
    Do not leave your bath mat in very humid environments for extended periods. Ventilate it regularly to maintain its freshness and prevent mold or unpleasant odors.

  • Our products will be delivered to you with the guarantee of İRYA by our contracted cargo companies.
  • A maximum of 10 units can be ordered for a single product. İRYA reserves the right to cancel orders exceeding 10 units.

What should I do if my order arrives when I am not present?

  • If you are not at the specified address, your order will be delivered to the nearest DHL Cargo branch, and a notification will be left for you. You must pick up your package from the specified branch within 3 days.
