  • Bath Mat Care Guide
    To preserve the shape, texture, and longevity of our handmade, 100% cotton mats, please carefully follow the care steps below.

    1. First, Vacuum
    Before washing, gently vacuum or brush your mat to remove accumulated dust, hair, and loose threads. This step protects your machine's filters and ensures a more hygienic wash.

    2. Wash Before First Use
    Before using your mat for the first time, wash it separately from other laundry at a low temperature. This removes any dust and excess fibers from the manufacturing process, ensuring a healthier first use.

    3. Cold Machine Wash (30°C)
  • Wash at a maximum temperature of 30°C on a delicate cycle.
  • Do not wash light and dark colors together; separate them to prevent color transfer.
  • Do not overload the machine; allow the mat to move freely for more effective cleaning.

    4. Do Not Use Chemicals:
  • Products that should not be used:
  • Bleach
  • Oxygen-based stain removers
  • Cleaning products containing strong chemicals
    These products can damage cotton fibers, fading the mat's color and spoiling its texture.

    5. Do Not Tumble Dry
    Avoid putting your mat in the tumble dryer.
    Instead, lay it flat to dry naturally, preferably in the shade. Natural drying prevents damage to cotton fibers and helps the mat retain its shape.

    6. Ironing
  • If the mat wrinkles after drying:
  • Turn the mat inside out before ironing.
  • Iron gently at a low temperature without steam.

    7. Tassel Protection
    For fringed models, gently straighten the tassel ends with your hands while slightly damp after washing to prevent them from unraveling and ensure a neat appearance. Avoid combing or pulling the tassels excessively.

    8. Do Not Dry Clean
    These products are not suitable for dry cleaning. Chemicals used during dry cleaning can damage the natural cotton fibers of the mat, adversely affecting both its shape and durability.

    Extra Tip:
    Do not leave your mat in very damp environments for extended periods. Regularly air it out to maintain its freshness and prevent mold or unpleasant odors.

Siparişim ben yokken gelirse ne yapmalıyım?

  • Belirtilen adreste olmamanız durumunda siparişiniz en yakın DHL Kargo şubesine teslim edilir ve size bilgi notu bırakılır. 3 gün içerisinde paketinizi belirtilen şubeden almanız gerekmektedir.
